VisaPod Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how THINKHARD LIMITED handles refunds for paid VisaPod tasks and plans. It should be read with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

General Rule

VisaPod charges for access to a software-assisted visa preparation workflow. Payment does not guarantee a visa approval, government acceptance, appointment availability, or any immigration outcome.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same task.
  • You paid but VisaPod did not unlock the paid workflow because of a payment reconciliation failure.
  • VisaPod cannot start the paid task because of a persistent service-side technical failure.
  • VisaPod stops the task before meaningful work begins and cannot provide a reasonable retry or credit.
  • Applicable law requires a refund.

Usually Not Refundable

Payments are usually not refundable when:

  • The task reached the DS-160 review page or substantially completed the purchased workflow.
  • The task was delayed because you did not provide requested information or user intervention.
  • The task was blocked by incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or inconsistent user-provided data.
  • A government website, captcha, third-party provider, or network condition caused delay but VisaPod provided a reasonable retry path.
  • You changed your mind after the task began.
  • A visa was refused, delayed, administratively processed, or otherwise not approved.

Beta Discretion

During beta, VisaPod may offer refunds, credits, or retries at its discretion when the product fails in a way that creates a poor user experience, even if a strict refund right does not apply.

Consulting Plan

If VisaPod offers a plan that includes post-fill consultation, the consultation period and limits will be shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, consultation access is for chat-based guidance only and does not include additional browser automation after the form-filling workflow is complete.

How To Request A Refund

Contact [email protected] with:

  • Your account email.
  • The task ID if available.
  • The Stripe receipt or payment ID if available.
  • A short explanation of what went wrong.

VisaPod may ask for additional information to verify the payment and diagnose the issue.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting VisaPod first, VisaPod may suspend paid access while the dispute is investigated.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe or the original payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Changes

VisaPod may update this Refund Policy. The version posted when you paid generally applies to that purchase unless a newer version is more favorable to you or applicable law requires otherwise.
